It almost tears my heart out to choose between the two, but... Shino. He just quietly gets on with stuff in his own awesome way, saying only what is worth saying and protecting from the shadows like Itachi. Also, I find mysterious people really cool, so Shino's always been one of my favourites. :) He's very underrated.
