I agree with Wind. Plus, most people don't choose their OCs to be earth ponies, and that pleases me, because I'm an obsessed non-conformist. Not to mention I always considered earth ponies to be sort of the underdogs of Equestria, cos they are at the bottom of the hierarchy. I'd be an earth pony, cos I'm bulky, massive and have physical strength beyond the average. And I can relate to being an underdog... more than I'd like to. :)

I think I'd be a Pegasus because it goes well with my "special talent" (musical theater), I hate staying in one place, and it goes well with my personality.

I am a very active person, that does not mean I have to be a Pegasus. Like NocturnalMirage said, Earth Ponies are in the bottom of the hierarchy. In Medieval Days, they'd be peasants. I actually really like things an Earthpony would like. Planting, farming, etc. It fits my personality.

I'd like that too, Jade! The open fields, the fresh air and the quietness and peacefulness of a farm, away from all the noisy cities. Yeah, we're like the Earth Pony Triumvirate, you, Wind and me. xD

I would want to be a pegasus, you would have much more freedom of where you want to go. You aren't always glued to the ground like earth ponies or unicorns.

I always had an interest for flying. One of these days, I'm gonna get a pilot's license, and buy a plane sort of like this one link

^ OP, that's what is the problem. Unless you are part of royalty, and/or a divine creature of Earth, I don't think you'd be an alicorn.

Anyway, I think controlling weather is awesome. I'd also like to be a mage. Now, with earth ponies, they are very strong and capable of doing hard work, like pushing carts. I can understand why earth pony OCs aren't very popular.

Nobody's gonna start a fight. But we gotta respect each other's opinions. I have no problem with alicorn OCs IF they have a creative and unique background story.

No worries. A good backstory takes time to develop. Heck, the back ground stories of my OCs are still in progress and evolving after a year. :)

I'm not too down to earth and I'm not that free mined. So smart and independent works the best I guess.

As much as I want to fly, I'd be a unicorn because I'm an artist, I'm creative, I'm smart, I'm a great writer, people admier my talents, soo...yeah, I'm basiclly the definition of a unicorn.

In actuality, I'd probably be an Earth pony, because humans don't have any special magic or flying abilities by themselves.

But as much as I like flying, I'd want to cast spells and teleport and levitate things. Being a unicorn would be fantastic!

Well I'm already a unicorn anyways..
