@ Tawnyjay Stocking is one of the main characters in "Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt". It's an anime made by Gainax about a couple of fallen angels named Panty and Stocking Anarchy fighting monsters with weapons made out of the clothing that they are named after.

She's adorable. As nomaner said Anarchy Stocking is a character from an anime and fans (of this anime and MLPFIM) think that she looks like Twilight Sparkle mainly because of the color of Stocking's hair. If become interested in the anime I have to warn you that it is more adult themed. I watched only half of an episode because I got uncomfortable its funny, but also so wrong. However, I think Stocking is adorable just like Twilight Sparkle.
