Some people are just little insecure idiots without imagination of their own to come up with own characters/stories in general and than get jealous and nasty about it. Making OC´s is a great way to train your writing/art and imagination..
and you should never feel bad for wanting to express yourself.
(And also part of the popularity of this show comes from many people coming up with their own characters and pony races and constantly new content from them)
Btw, i like the name Night Shine! :D What kind is he? I have a lot of OC´s as well...i even have an own entire town :3
