Twilight and HIM:
While I normally see Discord more as HIM, I think you'll understand why she's HIM once you see who I picked for Mojo Jojo, HIM's occasional second in command in some episodes.
Spike and Mojo Jojo:
Okay, so here's why Spike is Mojo Jojo: much like how Mojo hangs around with Him, Spike is known for hanging around with Twilight. That's why he's Mojo Jojo.
Applejack and Fuzzy Lumpkins:
This one is a no-brainer.
Rainbow Dash and Ace of the Gangreen Gang:
Like Ace, Rainbow Dash is the embodiment of all things cool. If these two meet, I defienetly see these two getting along well.
Fluttershy and Sedusa:
Okay, so Fluttershy is too nice to be Sedusa, but she does tend to have her oh you did not just do that moments in some episodes, so that's why she's Sedusa. Plus I am a bit of a TwiShy shipper.
Rarity and Princess Morbucks:
Rarity can act like a whiny you-know-what. Princess often acts the same way. I know a lot of you are wondering why not Sunset Shimmer as Princess? I normally would agree given the fact they both have flaming red hair, I don't really know who that character is.
Pinkie Pie and Bossman of The Ameoba Boys:
Pinkie Pie can tend to act silly at points and The Ameoba Boys can relate, as they, I'm sure have acted silly in some episodes.
