Yes, She has neon and light pink thin on the bottom and thick on the top hair styles. and she is white. Her cutie mark is a neon pink lightning bolt.

Can you draw mine in a 3D like style? The First one is a version of me named Thunder Tail (The one on the left). He is basically the embodiment of joy, always happy no matter what comes his way. The other one is Thunder Tail and Twilight Sparkle's daughter named Scarlet Sparkle (the one on the right). They didn't name her because of the color red, but because the amount of scars they predict she will have in the future because she has Murphy's Law. They will be walking and Scarlet will be riding Thunder Tail's back while looking at something that's falling on them and Thunder Tail will be oblivious. There will be a bunch of chaos in the background. The location is outside in ponyville.
