Mine is:

1. Secret of my Excess
2. The Last Roundup
3. Winter Wrap up
4. Return of Harmony: Part 2
5. Lesson Zero
6. A Dog and Pony Show
7. Feeling Pinkie Keen
8. Dragonshy
9. Fall Weather Friends
10. Bridle Gossip / Swarm of the Century (can't decide)

Other episodes I love are 'Party of One', 'Boast Busters' and 'Cutie Mark Chronicles'. My least favorites are:

1. The Show Stoppers
2. Call of the Cutie
3. May the Best Pet Win (the only thing that made it tolerable was the song)
