If u know how to play the GUITAR

Hey i need a little help, i ve been lazy over a couple of years and want to get back to my guitar playing. Sadly, heres the thing, we got rid of the keyboard long time ago. And i dont have much money to spend. So, my guitar is out of tune.

What should i do? And what i mean by that is what CAN i do to tune it right without spending any money?

welp, you go to the second string(from the top) and you go to the fifth fret.. strum the cord until the tones are the same ..do that to all of the strings until you get to the second to last string(from the bottom) the you go to the forth fret and make sure that one and the e string match tones ;) play well my friend
