Should musicians necessarily have to like ALL types of music?

I don't think musicians should have to like all types of music. There were some rock stars who didn't like rap music. My mom is a musician, (not professionally), and she doesn't like rap or hip-hop. So, no, musicians don't necessarily have to like ALL types of music.
