James Marsden <3

I always feel bad for these types of guys. Ultimately, I'd choose Cal from Titanic but I know everyone in the universe would disagree with me.

And I hate when they have the heroine cheat on their handsome boyfriends/fiancees with someone else and make it look as though it's okay because they were soul mates or whatever. That shit really pisses me off. Hence, why I hate Jack & Rose.

I wouldn't have rejected them. It annoys the crap out of me when they dump perfectly good guys that love and care about them for some stupid lost childhood crush or whatever. And I agree with jlhfan624.

Usually when the guy gets dumped over another, even if he's nice you let it go because you end up liking the one that will end up with the heroine more. But boy, did they miss the mark in Little Women! Lol

For startes, Gabriel Byrne isn't generaly speaking a charming guy, and then he had to face the competition of an young Christian Bale playing the role with exuberance and joy. No one will ever understand why Jo said no to him just to end up with the melancholic looking Friedrich Bhaer, come on!
