I loved the Lion King when I was little, so this guy is my idol. I swear, I worshiped that soundtrack. I listened to it about 5 times every day.

ktlady picked John Williams:
He's created such classics. While I can remember and hum most of his songs, there are few others that I can do that with. But Hans Zimmer is right up there as well.

Jaws score: 2 notes and you have a villan. - the Holiday

There's something unforgetable about his scores.

Bernard Herrmann is also amazing, the Taxi Driver score is haunting and fits the film perfectly.

His sound is virtually the same every time, but that's what's so great about him. Plus, I love knowing that if I'm watching a Tim Burton film, Elfman did the score.
