Both are just the stereotypical, one-dimensional, and b*tchy high school bullies, which is my least favorite cliche of ALL TIME! I hate one-dimensional bullies! However, I think both actresses do a great job. But I'm gonna have to go with Madison because I ADORE Bella. I respect that she has been bullied her whole life, but is willing to play a bully in order to help get the amazing message of The Duff across, even if it means playing this badly written role. Plus what makes her better than Rachel McAdams in this role is that she has more fun with it. She's kind of hammy with the role because she's trying to be a true villain that's having fun with what she's doing. Rachel is talented, but Regina isn't enjoyable in the least and is just a b*tch. Madison is kind of made likable through Bella's performance because of how much humor she adds to her to keep her from being such a stiff character. She's actually a pretty enjoyable villain that any other actress would've just made DULL and just an annoying b*tch. Bella makes her very devious and a villain like Regina George, but also adds humor to her to keep her from being stiff.

Madison is surprisingly likable and entertaining, which is ironic since I hate one-dimensional characters (especially if they're bullies). I hate Regina; she's just such a b*tch with nothing else to offer. Plus, at least Madison is humorous.

QUEEN. I love Regina, she's the most quotable movie villain of all time. I'm totally biased because I love Mean Girls though.
