Either insane of just dimwitted. Based off the musical Wicked I'm going with dimwitted. If I was Dorothy I would've choked this chick to death because she gave me something the Wicked Witch of The West wanted and tried to kill me for and then tells me I had the power to go back all along! There would be nothing left of her by pieces of her dress, some red hair, her crown, and her want broken in half!
