She suffered from insomnia because of the euphoria she felt!
This question is ridiculous. She played a part in his death, so I don't see how she could have suffered!

She said she felt his pain and didn't look all too happy when Agravaine wanted to celebrate. She made up an excuse.
He was the one that always cared for her and looked for her for a year when Morgause took her. If only he'd acknowledged her, she wouldn't have killed him.

She didn't suffer too much because she wanted him dead. If she ever did kill Arthur or Gwen though, I think she would handle it badly and feel guilty.
