KataraLover Miley's growing her hair back so that's a start to going back to her old self. I'm a full fledged Miley fan but she is acting and dressing inappropriate, though I didn't mind in Wrecking Ball. She's just trying to grow up the wrong way but she can still get back on the right track. She's still a wonderful person, gorgeous, and incredibly talented. She's just confused but I still love her!
