Okay, it's pretty simple. You post a FANMADE single cover for the Miley song for the round you're in. It must be SQUARE! (300x300, 200x200, 400x400, etc,) It will go into a pick that stays up for 3 days and the 1st place winner gets 10 props and picks the next song. 2nd place gets 5 props. 3rd place gets 3 props.
