Miley Cyrus. and Robin Thicke will grace the MTV Video Music Awards with their standout summer jams: the singers are now set to perform at the August 25th ceremony at Barclays. Center in Brooklyn. Both Cyrus and. Thicke are nominated in the new Best Song of the Summer category for their tracks. "We Can't Stop". and "Blurred Lines,". respectively.

Cyrus and Thicke received four nods apiece, tied for second most along with Bruno Mars. Justin Timberlake and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis lead nominees with six each.

Uh oh! Just. after. it was reported that Miley. Cyrus and her fiance Liam Hemsworth acted like. strangers at the “Paranoia” movie premiere, the. duo didn’t spend any time together at the 2013. Teen Choice Awards.

Miley and Liam refused to walk the red carpet, and posed separately for. photos backstage at the event. Then, Miley spent her time at the event with her friends and her family members Billy Ray Cyrus and Noah Cyrus. Liam on. the other hand wasn’t spotted much backstage, and wasn’t with Miley at all.

Miley did thank Liam during her TCAs acceptance speech though!

Miley Cyrus is scheduled to perform at the. 2013 MTV VMAs! The awards show. will take place at the Barclays Center in New York. on August 25, 2013.

It’s. unclear if Miley will perform her song "We Can’t Stop,” or if she will perform a brand new song. We’ll keep you. posted.

In a bit of a surprise win, Miley Cyrus' song "We Can't Stop" won Choice Summer Song 2013 on Sunday (Aug 11) night's 2013 Teen Choice Awards. Somewhere, Robin Thicke is scratching his head.

Miley also won for Choice TV Female Scene Stealer for her guest appearance on "Two and a Half Men," and Candie's Best Fashion Trendsetter. After receiving her Trendsetter award, she gave a brief speech:


"You know, to be a trendsetter, you have to have an amazing group of people that follow your trends, so I want to thank all my fans, for following me, and being inspired. And for being so original, and different. That's what fashion is really all about. I urge you guys to always be different."

Miley Cyrus is getting her iown MTV documentary! The documentary will focus on Miley as she works on her next album and will also go into detail about Miley’s transformation over the years.






The documentary will run for one hour and will be similar to the previous MTV documentary about Demi Lovato called “Stay Strong.”

Rumors are flying that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are already planning a wedding!

OK! Magazine says “Miley wants the whole nine yards as far as a big wedding goes.” And the couple are reportedly planning a wedding in the south (because of Miley’s roots), or in Georgia in Tybee Island (that’s where they shot The Last Song).

Hmm, Miley and Liam are pretty young to be talking about marriage. We originally thought this one was just a wild rumor….

But then Miley tweeted this pic of her hand, and she’s wearing a sparkly ring on her ring finger! Maybe there is something to these rumors…

Miley Cyrus had some interesting things to say about her past as Hannah Montana...she even went to far as to say she got bored of the part.

Miley explained, "I was so bored of doing the same thing every day. It's a lot easier not being on a show, to live my life a little bit and do some of the other things that I want to do."

She's even working on convincing her little sis Noah to wait to get into acting! Miley said "I just say, 'Just wait, dude, because the way you're going to be when you're my age and the way you are right now are so different. Don't put yourself in a situation where people are going to think of you as only one thing. You're going to change a lot.'"

Miley finished by saying "It interferes with your growing up if you're not strong enough and you're not sure who you want to be. I'm glad I'm not a character anymore and able to be me."
