Today is June 14th, and Conrad Murray was in court today, so I was keeping up with the news all day to see what happened... In case you missed anything here's some info:
In the court in LA, there were tons of MJ fans & supporters with signs demanding "Justice4MJ" and posters with pictures of Conrad Murray with the name "Dr. Murder."
Joe, Katherine, LaToya, Jermaine, and Randy Jackson showed up and were in the court room. Conrad Murray and Michael's family had to go through back doors in order to avoid the crowd and media. After the hearing, Jermaine Jackson said "Dr. Murray's the fall guy, this is bullsh*t." Joe Jackson is planning on filing a civil wrongful death lawsuit.
They showed interviews of Conrad Murray's patients from Nevada and Texas saying things like "I can't imagine him doing that" and "He would never do that." Michael was his only patient in California, and Murray hasn't had any patients in California since Michael's death.
The judge declined the request by the California Medical Board to take away his doctor's license which would prevent him from practicing in the state. Murray has clinics in California, Las Vegas, Nevada and Houston, Texas. If his doctor's license was suspended in California, then the judges in Nevada and Texas would probably do the same thing, which would result in Murray being unable to afford to live and pay for his defense to defend him.
Conrad Murray still has his license, although he is unable to distribute anesthesia [the medicine that helps you sleep]. The judge said he would revisit he issue if there was more information or after the preliminary hearing later this year.
As you know Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter. The preliminary hearing is supposed to begin August 23 of this year, and could last up to a week. That is when discussion for the actual trial dates will occur and they will determine if there is even enough evidence to have a trial.

Murray says that he is not guilty for taking Michael's life, but he is part of the reason as to why Michael is not here. Does he not see why that is? He was the doctor, and Michael was his patient. Murray was supposed to be responsible. He was the one who took Michael's life in his hands, he was supposed to be the doctor, to make sure that his patient was not in danger. But instead he made mistake after mistake.
Some will say that Michael wanted the drugs because he was addicted or that he caused himself to overdose by adding more medicine than he needed. But what about THE DOCTOR, Dr. Conrad Murray, the one who distrbuted the drugs to his patient, Michael. He should have watched his patient, he should have made sure everything was ok. He should have stayed in the room, he should have known that what he was doing was dangerous and was not supposed to occur outside of a hospital setting. What was he thinking? He could have said NO, I shouldnt do this, he should have realized what could go wrong, that what he was doing was wrong. It was mistake after mistake.
Conrad Murray should have took the responsibility of being a doctor and he should have known what he was doing. If he knew what he was doing and if he was being a responsible doctor, why is Michael not here....

TMZ has learned tons of Michael Jackson fans are descending upon MJ's tomb on the 1-year anniversary of his death -- even though they've been banned from the mausoleum.
As we previously reported, Forest Lawn Cemetery -- where Jackson is entombed -- claims they've adopted a new policy in which security is instructed to remove anyone hanging out in front of the King of Pop's mausoleum.
But a rep for Justice4MJ -- the fan group organizing the mass pilgrimage -- tells TMZ they are "absolutely" still going to visit the singer's burial place on the big day .. June 25th.
A rep for Forest Lawn tells us they have not yet figured out how they plan to handle the MJ anniversary ... but they will work with the Jackson family and abide by their wishes.
As for the MJ fans, one member of the group tells us, "Nothing will stop us from being with MJ on the 25th!"

Certainly the will stipulates that the money, the children will get when they reach 30 years of age. By then, of course, the interest amount will exceed 300 million dollars!! Not bad ...
The mother of Michael Jackson gets 40% of its assets, while the remainder will go to charitable institutions.
Naturally, Jacko did not leave anything to his father, which had no good relationships, but none of the siblings.

TMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray may have saved a life this morning ... 30,000 feet above the ground.
Sources tell TMZ Murray was on a US Air flight from Houston to Phoenix when a flight attendant came over the loudspeaker and asked if there was a doctor on board.
Turns out a passenger fainted and could not be revived. We're told Murray jumped out of his seat, evaluated the female passenger (who was in her 20s and traveling with a baby), and quickly noticed she had a "very weak pulse."
Somehow -- don't ask us -- Murray inserted an IV and was able to stabilize the passenger until the plane made an emergency landing in Albuquerque.
The passenger was taken for further treatment. Her condition is not known.

The Michael Jackson estate just laid the smack down on a bunch of Michael Jackson wannabes -- all over access to Neverland.
The wannabes are actually in a Michael Jackson tribute band named "Neverland" -- a name the MJ estate feels is a violation of its trademark.
Long story short -- the MJ estate wrote a scary legal letter demanding the band change its name ... and it did ... to Foreverland.
Here's the catch -- "Foreverland" still owns the rights to the domain name neverlandsf.com -- and its willing to give it back to Camp Jackson ... for a cool $30,000.
In short, the Jackson estate told the band to "beat it" -- and gave them until February 2011 to begin forwarding all web traffic to the new foreverlandsf.com ... or else.
The band tells us they're currently going over their options.
"Lawyers from the Jackson estate have forced us to change our name."

You believed you were alone
That no one truly loved you
You can try to hide your pain from me
But I feel it either way
When your heart breaks, so does mine
Does that tell you how I feel
When I'm upset I look to you
Your smile makes it all vanish
No one else can make that happen
The world took so much away from you
But they'll never take away your memory
Its one thing we'll always have
You never knew me
You'll never know my love
Of maybe you already do
For I always feel you near
You're gone from me mortally
But my heart will always remember you
My heart mourns for losing you
Yet it rejoices for your homecoming in heaven
You're far away, yet you're where you belong
You're smiling down on all of us each day
I believe you've forgiven me for the past
And the future I see only increases my love for you undying.
That no one truly loved you
You can try to hide your pain from me
But I feel it either way
When your heart breaks, so does mine
Does that tell you how I feel

"Michael was doing on an epic scale what all humans must do, keep going through the illusions, mistakes, hurts, conceits, self-hate and masks of human life, sometimes not having any idea if what is important to you actually has any value, or even knowing what is important to you."
This is an excerpt from Mary Gaitskill's wonderful essay (with videos) on Michael. Check it out:

In particular, speaking about the case in 1993 and charges of sexual assault of then 13 year old Jordan Chandler, said that the recent suicide of the child's father, Evan Chandler, is sufficient proof that it was all a conspiracy.
The Jermaine believes that the dentist who was found dead in his surgery on November 5, having shot herself in the head, committed suicide by remorse. Speaking at an event the 54chronos said: "We had a lot as a family, the false charges against my brother since 1993 have cost us. The baby's father committed suicide because he could not stand anymore, and the child finally spoke about the matter and admitted the plot, Michael did not ever touched.
