While in the recording studio that earlier afternoon, Michael was putting the finishing touches he was on album he was working on when his friend, Quantrell, walked in asking if he'd like to come to his house to the watch the football game. "Hey, Mike, the Cowboys are playing the Broncos this evening, and I was wondering if you want to come and watch the game with me," "No," said Michael, "I've got a date tonight with the most beautiful girl," "Say what, man I'm scared of you, tell me, Mike, where did you meet this girl, what's her name." Michael told him about Maris and her being a model and he met at party he attended the week before, and how he was so mesmerized by her and asked for her telephone, and she accepted his invitation for a date.
"She must be one special lady for you turn down an invitation to watch the game with me, and if she's the one you might want to spend the rest of your life with, you got my full support," he replied. "Thanks, I really that and it means a lot me," Michael also replied, and they left the studio saying "See you, tomorrow". "By the way, I hope things work out for and new sweetheart enjoy your," said Quantrell, and Michael thanked for those words of encouragement and told to enjoy the football, but be sure to fill him in on the score and who made the touchdown.
Before he went home, Michael made stop to at Kay Jewelers to purchase a piece of jewelry for Maris. Michael got her a nice jewelery set, which consisted of a diamond pendant necklace, bracelet; as well, as 4.5 kt diamond ring, and he paid cash rather using his American Express credit card. In his mind, Maris, was no ordinary woman like the other women he's dated in the past, she was one of kind and absolutely breathtaking as he puts it and he was going to do everything he could just make Maris his wife. After he got home Maris left a a message on his answering machine inquiring if their date was still on and he replied,"Yes, and I'll be at your place by 6," "All right, I'll see you, then," she replied as hung the phone,

The Man who made HIStory
He was once a small-time boy
with big musical promise and big voice
got him to be one of the biggest entertainers ever.
He has the heart the size of Russia,
the music gift of Apollo,
the wisdom of an African elephant,
and the grace and beauty of a swan.
He stunned the world with his timeless, classic works of art.
He fought through his darkest times,
from the difficult times that he had as a child
to the false accusations he was innocent.
Despite that, he remained tough
He was only child-like, not childish.
He shocked the world when he left us and this earth
He may be gone, but we will never forget you.
