It's been almost three weeks since Michael and Diane filed at restraining order against John. It's has been fairley peaceful but that is all about to change.........
Diane just arrived home from work and has began to freshen up before she was to begin making dinner. After freshening up Diane headed downstairs and as usual began to cook dinner. As always Michael and the girls arrived home not long after. Everything seemed to be nromal, but that soon changed. Diane had just put the girls to bed we she heard what sounded like three gunshots going off. Frightened Diane ran upstairs. "Michael did you hear that?" Diane said franctically as she burst into the bedroom. "Hear what?" Michael asked. "The three gunshots." Diane said. Michael got up from the chair and began walking outside. Once outside michael looked around a bit. "I dont see anything." Michael replied. "Well it had to be something." Diane replied. "Maybe Alicia bought a new hand gun or something maybe she was testing it out." Michael sugguested. "Here ill call her and ask." Michael took out his cellphone and dialed Alicia's number. "Hello?" , "Hey Alicia did you happen to get a new gun or something and were testing it out because Diane just heard three gunshots." , "No i didnt get a new gun and i wasnt shooting at all." Alicia replied. "Okay thanks." Michael sighed. "Maybe you got some illegal pouchers on your property." Alicia sugguested. "Maybe...i guess ill call the police then and get them to check it out." , "Okay bye sorry man hope you find whats up.", "Me too." Bye" ,"Bye." Michael hung up the phone and walked back inside. "What did she say?" Diane asked. "She said she didnt get a new gun and she wasnt shooting, so im going to call the police and have them come check it out." Michael said as he dialed 911.
"Hello 911 what is your emergenceny?" the 911 operator asked. "hey my wife just heard three gunshots and they sounded like they came from on our proportey." Michael explained. "Okay sir what is your address? the operator asked. "This is michael jackson and i live at neverland ranch." michael replied. "Okay Mr.Jackson im sending a couple of deputies right now." the operater said. "Thank you" Michael hung up the phone and went outside and sat on his front porch.
Michael sat waiting for the police to arrive, but he saw no sign of them. Just then his cellphone rang. "Hello?" , "Mr. Jackson this is deputy Richard Smith im calling to tell you......" his voice trailed off. "What is it?" Michael asked. "Just come down to the front gate....its hard to explain." deputy smith said. "Okay im on my way down." Michael hung up his phone and began to walk to the front gate, once at the gate he was greated by Deputy Smith and another Deputy by the name of Jim Anderson. "Mr. Jackson take a look at this." Deputy Smith then pointed to a spray painted picture of Michael with three bullet holes in the chest area. Under the picture was a small paragraph written in what looked like chalk it read:
You think you can keep me away you Freak? Think i wont get what i deserve? Think again. No restraining order no nothing can keep me away from Diane. Shes mine and mine only...try and stop me and I WILL KILL YOU!
"Son it sounds like you have a serious issue on your hands." Deputy Smith said. Michael nodded not taking his eyes off the picture. "Now its to my understanding you and your wife had a restraining order placed against a Mr. John Mills..", "Thats right." Michael said in agreement. "Well we will do all we can to ensure you and your families safty, we will get a group of Deputies to watch the property and hopefully catch Mr.Mills and put him where he belongs." , "Thank you sir." Michael said as he shook hands with Deputy Smith and Deputy Anderson. Michael walked back towards his home,Scared of how much danger he and Diane were in.............................

Michael Jackson's personal chef Kai Chase just testified -- claiming a frantic Dr. Conrad Murray begged her for help the day MJ died, ten minutes before anyone called 911.
According to Chase, she was in the kitchen preparing lunch for Michael and his kids -- and between 12:05 and 12:10PM, Murray ran downstairs, yelling for her to "get Prince, get help, get security."
Chase claimed she sent Prince to Dr. Murray and returned to work.
Chase admitted she didn't contact security -- a point highlighted by defense attorney J. Michael Flanagan.
Yesterday, MJ's personal assistant Michael Amir Williams testified ... Murray called him at 12:13 PM, and Williams immediately phoned security. MJ's security guard Alberto Alvarez eventually called 911 at 12:21 -- between 11 and 16 minutes after Murray allegedly asked Chase for help.
While Chase was leaving court today, we asked if she thought her testimony was helpful -- she responded, "Absolutely."

The Michael Jackson estate is tired of waiting for Lloyd's of London to pay out on the $17.5 million "This Is it" insurance policy -- so they're going after Lloyd's in court ... demanding they pay up, stat.
Lloyd's of London originally issued the policy to cover potential losses for MJ's 2009 "This Is It" concerts -- but earlier this year, the company asked an L.A. court to declare the policy null and void ... claiming MJ lied about his medical history and drug addiction.
Lloyd's insists the policy "was restricted to losses resulting from accident only" -- pointing out Michael's official cause of death was "homicide."
But the estate is now on the offensive -- filing a cross-complaint, claiming MJ never intended to die, whether by homicide or not, so his death still qualifies as an accident.
But the estate isn't just settling for the original $17.5 million -- they also want punitive damages. FYI, suing for punitive damages often scares the crap out of insurance companies.

Sources directly connected to Dr. Conrad Murray tell TMZ ... the Doc will not accept any plea bargain from the L.A. County District Attorney in the Michael Jackson manslaughter case.
We're told Dr. Murray feels so strongly about his innocence, even a plea with no jail time would be out of the question.
Fact is ... Dr. Murray shouldn't hold his breath, because no plea bargain has been offered and sources tell us the D.A. will not offer one.
As for Murray's defense ... we're told the centerpiece revolves around the fact that only two people were in the room around the time MJ died, and Murray insists he did not administer the fatal dose of Propofol.
The operating theory of Murray's lawyers -- when the Doc left to go to the bathroom, a frustrated MJ woke up and administered the fatal dose himself in a desperate attempt to get some sleep.

Lloyd's of London has gone to court ... asking a judge to let the company off the financial hook, claiming it doesn't owe the Michael Jackson Estate $17.5 million on grounds MJ was a fraud.
The company issued the muilti-million dollar policy to cover the doomed "This Is It" tour for losses.
But Lloyd's claims it doesn't have to honor the policy for 2 primary reasons:
1. Michael Jackson and AEG allegedly lied about Michael's medical history -- specifically, MJ said he had not seen a doctor other than a cosmetic MD since June, 2005.
2. Michael did not disclose he was taking prescription drugs prior to and at the time of his death -- including Propofol.
Lloyd's is asking the court for a declaration that the policy is null and void as a result of the alleged fraud.
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "This legal action is nothing more than an insurance company trying to avoid paying a legitimate claim by the insured."

Can I ask you why
when I look at you
I hear birds sing
and see alot of angle In sky?
can I ask you why
when My heart is lonely
my love for you becomes the only
, let it beat with dreams are so lovely
and I see Moon and sun walking togther
through the sky
can I ask you why
when I hear your voice
the stars become so near
, I am not fear
no tears to cry
And My soul wants to fly
to touch to the sky?
can I ask you why
I feel your hand in my hand
when I have to fight
throught the dark night
then you turned the dark to moonlight?
can ask I you why
every hurt I feel
you come to heal?
I'll reply for
cause I have love for you
I never felt it before
but now I feel it more
cause It likes the rainbow
through the rainy day
,a magcial dream
through nightmare
and that love is enough for me
when I look at you
I hear birds sing
and see alot of angle In sky?
can I ask you why
when My heart is lonely
my love for you becomes the only

I would really be inspired to see less cursing, and more L.O.V.E. Just lovely words. Inspiring words. I know all of you are very beautiful and kind people, but I really think the cursing needs to stop. I see we're all human, and all humans have moments of cursing, but it's still called human to limit it. May we all take a vow to utterly limit the cursing and wrong words... ? :)
