Michael Jackson was very excited. Tomorrow was going to be the happiest day of his life because he was going to be marrying the love of his life, Jade Lewis. He closed his eyes and tried to go to sleep, but it was useless. He sat up on his bed and sighed. Michael knew that the fans would be disappointed because he was getting married, but he hoped that they would be happy for him. He thought about the bachelor's party that his brothers had thrown for him about 2 hours ago.
Because he was a respectable guy, they knew better than to hire a stripper for the party. Of course Jackie and Jermaine were not happy about this decision. But they were outvoted because the party was not about them. It was about Michael and he was getting married not them. Instead the guys surprised him with a water fight and they pelted him with water balloons. To get back at them, he soaked them with his Super Soakers. Unfortunately for him, his younger brother, Randy grabbed a bucket and drenched him with it.
He picked up the phone and called Jade. Maybe if I hear her sexy voice. I can go to sleep., he thought.
"Hello?", she said sleepily.
"Hey, beautiful.", he said, smiling.
"Michael, are you still awake?", she asked, yawning.
"Yep. I can't sleep."
She sighed. "Baby, I know that you are excited, but you should really go to sleep. Besides you don't want to be tired on our special day."
"You are right, baby. Okay I'll try to go to sleep."
"Good.", she said and smiled.
"I love you. Goodnight, Mrs. Jackson."
"I love you too. Goodnight, Mr. Jackson.", she said and hung up.
She sighed again and looked at her watch. It was almost 2:30. Her wedding was in twelve hours and she should have been excited. But unlike, Michael, she was terrified. Marriage was a really huge step and she didn't know if she was ready to take that step. She did not think that she was worthy to be the wife of Michael Jackson, a mega super star. Jade did not understand why he wanted to marry her. He was so sexy and he could have his pick of any woman that he wanted. She wished that he was not so optimistic about everything. Did he ever have doubts about anything? She loved him, but she was so confused and insecure. She closed her eyes and went back to sleep.
12 hours later
Jade stood in front of the mirror as her mother helped her put on her veil.
"Oh, baby I'm so very happy for you!", Mrs. Lewis cried.
"Thanks, Mommy.", Jade whispered.
Mrs. Lewis kissed her daughter lightly on the cheek.
"Are you ready, sweetheart?", she asked.
"Yeah, let's do this.", said Jade.
They walked out of the bridal room.
"Jade, you are so beautiful.", her father said.
"Thanks, Daddy."
"I can't believe it. My little girl is getting married. It seems like it was only yesterday, when I was changing-"
"Stop it, Daddy."
"Come on, girl. You'd better get out there or the groom will think that you changed your mind.", said her best friend and maid of honor, Gabrielle Simmons.
"No, I don't want him to think that.", Jade said.
She grabbed her father's arm and they began to walk towards the church.
In the church, the wedding march began to play and the guests stood up. The doors opened and Michael's niece, Stacey walked in, carrying her basket of flowers. She took them out of her basket, sprinkling them on the carpet as the guests talked about how adorable she was. She was followed by her cousin, Jermajesty, carrying the ring on a pillow. The matron of honor, bridesmaids and the maid of walked into the church next, escorted by the ushers and best men. Finally Jade and Mr. Lewis walked into the church. Cameras flashed as they walked by the guests. When they got to the front of the church, Michael smiled and extended his hand to her and she took it.
"Good afternoon, church., Pastor Martin said as the crowd sat down in their benches. We are gathered together today under the eyes of GOD to join Michael Joseph Jackson and Jade Tynae Lewis in holy matrimatory. Who gives this woman to this man?"
"I do.", said Mr. Lewis and sat down beside his wife, who was wiping tears of joy from her eyes. On the other side of the church, Katherine Jackson was wiping the tears off of her face too as she sat next to Joseph. Joseph even looked happy as he watched the ceremony.
"Marriage is a holy institution ordained by GOD and his son, Jesus Christ. It is a serious decision and is not to be taken lightly, but seriously. According to Genesis, a man will leave his mother and father. He will cleave to his wife and they shall become one flesh. That is why these two young people are here today. Is there anyone in this church today, that can give just cause why these two people shall not be married? If so, speak now or forever hold your peace."
The couple turned and stared at everybody in the church. Nobody said anything.
"Let's continue., said the pastor. Michael Joseph Jackson, do you take Jade Tynae Lewis as your lawfully wedded wife? Do you promise to love, honor, comfort, and cherish her, forsaking all others for as long as you both shall live until death do you part?"
"I do.", Michael said confidentallly, looking at Jade

"I..I", stammered Jade. Seeing that she was nervous, Michael squeezed her hand gently in an attempt to comfort her.
Her heart began to pound in her chest and butterflies fluttered in her stomach. She swallowed and tried again. "I..I", she stammered again. The words were literally stuck in her throat and she felt like she was going to be sick. She let go of his hand. "I'm sorry, but I can't!", she cried and ran out of the church.
"Jade!", cried Gabrielle.
Tears welled in Michael's eyes as he watched her go. He sank down to the floor and covered his face with his hands. The Jacksons got out of their seats to comfort him and the guests whispered among themselves.
"Church, please pray for Michael and Jade because there is not going to be a wedding today.", Pastor Martin said in benediction.
"I'm so sorry, Michael.", Mrs. Lewis said quietly.
"We know that she loves you.", said Gabrielle.
Michael stood up and wiped his face. "I'm going to go find my bride.", he said and ran out of the church.

Blazing 'cross the evening sky
Gone too soon
Like a rainbow
Fading in the twinkling of an eye
Gone too soon
Shiny and sparkly
And splendidly bright
Here one day
Gone one night
Like the loss of sunlight
On a cloudy afternoon
Gone too soon
Like a castle
Built upon a sandy beach
Gone too soon
Like a perfect flower
That is just beyond your reach
Gone too soon
Born to amuse
To inspire to delight
Here one day
Gone one night
Like a sunset
Dying with the rising of the moon
Gone too soon
Gone too soon
A little later I was walking down the dirt road at Skywalker Ranch and I saw a Fire Engine coming down the road and it’s bells were ringing and it’s horn was blowing, so I moved over closer to the ditch, thinking they needed more room to pass by, since it was a narrow road, and to my surprise, they blew the horn again and when I turned to look back at them I saw Michael hanging out the passenger side of the truck and waving excitedly, so I looked behind me thinking he was waving to someone else, but no one was there, so it suddenly dawned on me that he was waving to me. So I smiled and waved back, and he seemed to be as excited as a kid would be riding in a Fire Truck for the first time.
