I make banners at a place called Picmonkey. I edit some pictures then I go to the home page. On the top, it says, edit photos, make collage. Click "make collages". There, you can make banners.

Photoshop Is A Computer Program Where You Can Alter The Look Of Any Picture You Desire. For Example You Can Paste A Pic Of Yourself With Another Celebrity Like Justin Timberlake. Their Is Alot Of Things You Can Do With Photoshop But Thats Just Some Of It. (History Of Photoshop-link<== Hope This Helps. It Gives A Better Discription.
