Did Michael unintentionally kill his self?

like did he inject the syringe of propofol into his arm the wrong way?Did he inject himself with too much propofol?Or was it his doctor?

i agree, michael would not put everyone through that. he was not that kind of person. he also had a tour he was planning. i mean i know he said he didnt like to tour but faking death is going to far
