Why, if you are, only a fan of Michael's after he died???

I became a fan after he died cuz I didnt know who he is when my dad showed me the panther dance.

I was a fan during Michael's hey as a member of the "Jackson 5" and a solo artist. As I got older, I listening to other types of music, after his his passing,I started listening to his music again; as well, as having more respect and a better understanding of his life and legacy.

I've always liked him.
Just became a true fan after he died.
But I know why we all did.
The media always made Michael out as a bad guy.
When he wasn't.
But the media got in all of our heads.
They made us believe 'em.
Well, that's not all of the fans after he died.
Just most.

I regret not knowing about him before he died, because I missed out on a lot of great music! Something that I hate so much is that when he did die,lots of ppl became "fans " out sympathy. No,not me.that's seriously dumb of people doing that. Our love, as fans,is true! Love:never something to be fake!

To be honest, I did not know much about him before, but after he died they showed stuff on the tv and my parents showed me videos so i became a fan and started listening to him. it's a shame he had to die first. RIP Michael.

I became a fan after he died cus my dad always said bad things about him (not gonna mention what). The very first song I heard of MJ was Billie Jean. I enjoyd it. A year later, I was eating dinner, the TV was on, and tis is what I hear (it was in spanish, Im gonna translate it for you guys) Good afternoon, we have breaking news for you to night, famous pop star, Michael Jackson has died of a heart attack. I was in shock cus I knew who he was I just wasent a really big fan. It was my birthday the day he died (June 25). Then my mom bought me this is it and iI just got the fever. Now my dad makes fun of me cus Im freakin obssesed with MJ. Im a fan now and I will be a fan till I die!!!!

Im fan of Michael after his Death because i didn't notice him when he was still alive and i love Michael sooo much.. I mean i really do i wouldn't betrayed him because that is not me. Um I first Notice him when he died it was over the news.. but i rm my 5th graduation i sing Man in Mirror I didn't know that he sing it lol ... but then we use to dance to beat it in Music class .. so maybe i did know or didn't but what matters now is that im Michael Jackson fan and im proud of it . :)
