If you click "add photos",look a little up and you'll see that under the "Do not upload copyrighted images, including paparazzi images",it says
"Screencaps are being retired to make way for new features!"
That's why you aren't able to upload screencaps
i was wondering that,too until i saw this..how the heck didn't i notice it?LOLz :P
