Who is this girl? 4rm the BAD era??

So i was watching my new DVD,made by his TRUE friends from which i got the article on tatiana thumbtzen.there's a part where michael and brooke are on the phone and they talk about a Melissa who i guess was kinda his girlfriend and stuff.and NO,its NOT melissa Johnson from HTWF.i cant find any record of her in my archives...so does anyone know who she is? I'll post a transcript of their conversation in the articles section so you see.
