please help me i have a serious problem

hi im sorry that its not about mj but i couldnt question this at the random spot cause they are mean, okay this is my problem, about 6 years i lived in a house where i had really really bad experiences that i can not tell cause its to personal,now after 6 years i get all the memories back and they dont want to leave im shaking and im scared ,idk what to do i did not tell my parents cause they gonna freak out also im very scared and i hope it will be gone soon i dont want to go trough that again i want my old life back .....im just crying .......

Calm down...it will be ok. You shouldnt be afraid to tell your parents whats going on. You shouldnt hold it in, if it is really serious it could hurt your emotional health. if it is really bothering you, you need to just let it out. Dont let what happened to you 6 years ago keep you from living your life. Past is past...talk about it to your parents get it off your chest and move on....
