I'm sorry that happened. I understand that people have a right to their opinions, but there's a proper time & place for those opinions to be expressed. Some people just don't realize that when they say something, it might offend others. I'll admit, even I'm guilty of that, but I've also been a victim of it. A few months ago, we were having a round-table discussion in my Scripture class, & someone brought up the topic of surrogate motherhood. The way my teacher explained it, she made it sound like all children who are born that way are the result of a terrible sin. It didn't sound right to me so I asked her to clarify her explanation & I also added that Michael's third child was born by a surrogate mother, but that was purely as an example. She went off saying that Michael was not someone to uphold as a role model & that he'll be judged for his sins. I nearly broke down in tears & everyone noticed. But I stayed strong & didn't let my emotions get the better of me. Your teacher, like mine, is just misguided, don't pay attention to what she may say or do. Just remember that you're the better person because you know the truth. Hope I've helped!

dont worry about it thats how mean ppl is. i know i had that problem before at school when ppl keep saying mj is wack and i been soooo mad that i could punch them in the face. one day they will know.

I know how you feel my teacher kept saying plastic surgery is bad so i said "well what about the people who have tumers or there face is disfigured" and she simpley said "plasic surgery is bad no matter what the cause" it made me so mad

When I was visiting my great-grandfather I broke it to them I was a fan now. My grabdma went on for the whole night about his nose and how it was so small. I just said "His nose isnt singing is it? He wanted to look that way. He was teased as a teen. Its done. Get over it." I get quite harsh when people bring up that subject. Tell your teacher about his past. Dont let her have the upper hand

I can't stand when Mike is used as an example of "bad" plastic surgery. I'm like hello, Joan Rivers. She is like 80 and has tighter skin than I have. If that is considered natural, then I obviously don't know what natural is. Mike always got flack for his surgeries. He had the money and the desire to do it, it was his choice. I don't think he is any different than any of these Hollywood movie stars that have done it. If you look at the major movie stars (women and even the men) they have had at least a nose job. Even Angelina Jolie, it's true!!! NO ONE looks like that- even the stars don't like "what they look like". It's all an illusion!!! Mike did it, so did others. I also can't stand when people say that MJ bleached his skin. IGNORANCE!!! It is called vitilago. Stay strong and the next time respectfully mention all the Hollywood stars that are doing it. Also, I always use Joan Rivers as an example, because that sh*t is not natural!!!She is a walking mannequin. Mike is beautiful and always will be!!! I am so sick of the SMEAR campaign, even after he has left us!!! So disrespectful!!!

I feel that there are far more important things for teachers to be teaching than celebs who have had surgery! I find this to be extremely bizarre! Sounds more like a discussion to be had on Entertainment Tonight than in a classroom!
