Does anyone know how i get the chat bar up at the bottom of the page?

There a box in ur profile, under the user information
U will see the buttons of Edit Porfile, View Activity, Etc. Theres this button that says Turn me ON or Turn me OFF. Maybe if u press it the thing will appear
Or another fomr to chat with ur fanpop friends is making a meebo.com account and relating it witht the fanpop account
