What do you think of Michael's body?

I know this isn't cool pic cuz in here it shows that Michael isn't feeling good,but looook at his sexy body....the way he is sitting,his arms.....very hotttt!
When I tell somebody that his body is very sexy and hot,they say that he is skinny...but I don't think like that and I think that they don't understand what means a great body!Well what do you think?And does this kind of thing happen to you?

That photo is from when they recorded his heartbeats you hear in the intro to Smooth Criminal, so nothing is wrong with Michael's health here :)
