The banner has to be 800 x 100 pixels [I think its pixels], so you have to find a picture and resize it to be 800 wide, then crop it to be 800 x 100. Or you could just put any picture up & see how it looks. Or you could go to picnik.com & make a little collage of pics then resize it to be 800 x 100. I would use picnik.com to crop it cuz it's really easy :]
