Dear parchment , I write it because I want to keep the things I think and that happen (like my fantastic adventures) to me now, in my adolescence, so that in the not too distant future, read it and surprised me. For, as my mother says: "When you grow up, if you're not married, you'll regret it and you won't think like that now." And as an adult and of legal age I wil be or married to who will win the archery tournament...

On Thursday evening, Disney Pixar France posted what it said was the first official image from Pixar’s 2012 film, Brave. It seems they picked up the image from The Art of Disney Animation Facebook Page, which somehow happened upon it. Previously, we had only seen concept art from the film, but with a teaser trailer coming with Cars 2 next month, we knew actual images would be right around the corner. However, the image you will see is a bit blurry, pretty much confirming that this was a leak.
A few notes about the image:

It is blurry, which means this is not an image that was supposed to be...

I'm going to come and say straight up I love Merida. She's earned a spot in my top three heroine's of all time, and her movie is one of my favourite Pixar films to date. So, moving on..

Appearance -
A lot of people think Merida is ugly, but I disagree. Sure, she's different from what we're used to seeing, but different doesn't mean ugly. Her hair is beautiful, it's a true red-head's red. It's a gorgeous copper hue that is full of life and volume. It really represents her character well. Her eyes are beautiful, such a lovely colour and shape in my opinion. I love her smile, it's full of passion...

As subsidiaries, ESPN, ABC Family, and Pixar often play a large role in the presentation and yesterday was no different. According to WorldScreen.com, Rich Ross, the Walt Disney Studios chairman, played a “clip” from the 2012 film for attendees.

Disney has decided to push the release date for Disney Pixar’s 3D animated film Brave one week to June 22, 2012. Featuring the voices of Reese Witherspoon and Kevin McKidd, the action adventure was scheduled for wide release June 15, 2012.

In Brave, a rugged and mythic Scotland is the setting for Pixar’s action-adventure The Bear and the Bow. The impetuous, tangle-haired Merida, though a daughter of royalty, would prefer to make her mark as a great archer. A clash of wills with her mother compels Merida to make a reckless choice, which unleashes unintended peril on her father’s kingdom and her mother’s life. Merida struggles with the unpredictable forces of nature, magic and a dark, ancient curse to set things right.

Brave comes to theaters June 22nd, 2012 and stars Reese Witherspoon, Billy Connolly, Emma Thompson, Julie Walters. The film is directed by Brenda Chapman.
