Mom Knows Best! (Yes even in Hollywood)
The adorable Olsen twins of Full House may be tiny superstars, but their mother Jarnette says ther're just ordinary six-year-olds at home. "There's some sibling rivalry, as with all brothers and sisters," says Jarnette, referring to the twins, their seven-year-old brother; Trent and three-year-old sister Elizabeth. "For instance," she says, "Trent doesn't like it when the other kids play with his Nintendo -that's when some little fights come about." What happens then? "They're disciplined," says their mom. "There are time-outs. and sometimes they're grounded. But we follow the same procedure for all our children. The twins are not given any special treatment." Mary Kate and Ashley do have extremely full schedules. In between all their acting chores, they still have to learn their three Rs with on-the-set tutors. But this busy pace doesn't exempt the girls from their household tasks, which include making their beds every day before going to the studio. They're also learning how to bake cookies - which they love almost as much as being on TV.
