Mmmh... If anything were to happen, Wolverine would win, because Iron Man would have to bail out because he'll be low on power sooner or later.

I think they're equal, Wolverine cannot be killed and Iron Man can make a solar battery or something...

@greyrat: Didn't Iron Man originally only have one back-up battery? I could be wrong, since I'm not the greatest Iron Man expert.
