Favorite final boss in any Mario game? (Spoilers)

So what is your favorite final boss fight in any Mario game?

Mine would have to be either Dark Bowser from Mario and Luigi Bowser's inside story, Bowser in Galaxy, The shadow queen from TTYD, and elder Princess Shroob from PiT
