Mario Question

Are Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time and Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story good games?

I was looking up chain chomps on Mario Wiki, today (long story XD) and I came accross a page for Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, so I clicked on it and it sounded like a really good game. Then I noticed a link to a page on a game called: Mario and Luigi: Bowser's inside story and that sounded like a really good game, too! But I wanted to have some more opinions on this matter... Do you think they're good games?

I'm wondering whether or not to buy them with my pocket money. :3
