Michael: A True Music Legend

Alongside, Nat "King" Cole and Sam Cooke, Michael was definitely a true music legend in his own time. Just like his two predecessors, he also left us way too soon, having passed on at early age as well. In my opinion, Michael will always be "old school" to me, or maybe it's because he's been apart of my life ever since the day I was born;as a matter of fact, I was just four months old when his older brother, Jermaine, married Berry's daughter, Hazel, back in December of 1973.

Sure, I've had the "Thriller" and "Bad" album alongside the hit single, "The Way Make Me Feel" on 45 RPM, which consisted of the song, and the instrumental version on the other side. I got interested in his music when I first moved to Lorain, Ohio back in 1979. "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" was the first song I heard on the radio; as well, as going to see "Wiz" on Broadway and the movie version back in 1978 at the movie theatre back in Buffalo, New York.
