Subsequent to reading the link in regards to the Jackson family filing a lawsuit against AEG Live, makes me wonder if they will have have peace of mind following Michael's passing back in 2009. There's one thing Katherine Jackson and is another scandal as stated by another fan earlier in this article, and I feel sorry for them. According TMZ, Mrs. Jackson and his three children have filed a lawsuit against the entertainment company for a substantial amount of money for the reason they played a role in Michael's untimely passing by way of hiring convicted doctor, Conrad Murray, and not showing any consideration to Michael or his family. As stated in the lawsuit, the children are suing for $10,000,000,000 in restitution for expenses and other stuff, the lawsuit is for $40,000,000,000 for pain and suffering.

Yes, AEG, alongside, Conrad Murray, didn't use good judgement in regards to Michael's wishes, nor showed any consideration when he had originally signed on to do the 10 shows, which was scheduled to take place in London at the O2 Arena, from July 2009 to March of 2010. They showed no consideration of the fact Michael didn't like the idea of adding 40 more live performances to 10 she he had originally planned to do. Yes, Dr. Murray showed no remorse for his role in Michael's passing, nor did he use proper procedures, which would have have saved Michael's life. According to Michael's oldest son, Prince, who's scheduled to testify on behalf of the family, when the case goes to court on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, a day before, Paris' "15th" birthday. He states the the entertainment company kept pushing Michael to hard, and wouldn't ease up on him either.

Yes, I do feel that AEG should take some of the responsibility for what happen to Michael, and suffer the consequences of their actions as result of their greed. Whatever happens, I hope the Jackson family can find some closure; in addition, to healing the emotional scars Michael's passing has left on them.
