First up was Madagascar 3 with series regulars Eric Darnell and Tom McGrath joined by a third director for "Europe's Most Wanted" in Conrad Vernon, a long-time DreamWorks vet who co-directed Monsters vs. Aliens and has been involved with most of their animated movies going back pre-Shrek. They gave us a quick recap of the two previous movies and how the four zoo animal friends--Alex the lion (Ben Stiller), Marty the zebra (Chris Rock), Melman the giraffe (David Schwimmer) and Gloria the hippo (Jada Pinkett Smith)--had been left stranded in Africa by the penguins, who had gone off to gamble...

“Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” (June 8): Life at the Central Park Zoo might be ideal, but lion Alex (Ben Stiller), zebra Marty (Chris Rock), giraffe Melman (David Schwimmer) and hippo Gloria (Jada Pinkett Smith) must rush off to Monaco, where they join a traveling circus. Look for Alex’s love interest jaguar Gia (Jessica Chastain).

OMG When I saw this i nearly flipped. When I first saw Gia, I just thought that shewas just charming him to help her do stuff. But after seeing this, I know for sure that Alex the lion and Gia the Jaguar are going to fall in love. What do you guys think of this? It's about time they got Alex a girlfriend. She is cute for him.

I watched as Gia climbed to the trapeze platform. She seemed pretty excited because we were going to perform in Hollywood the next day. I was excited too,but not about performing in Hollywood. You see,I've grown a few more feelings for her. Although alot of girls liked me back in Africa,none of them were compared to Gia. They were snobby divas! Gia was different. She was beautiful on the inside and on the outside. She was kind,strong,and sticks with her friends thick and thin. But what I love most about her is that she'll never judge you...

Alex:In this movie Alex was funny,but lovable at the same time to me!!! I absolutely adore his face wen he first saw his love intrest,Gia. Usually he's hanging out with Marty through out the madagascar movies,but in this one he's been with Gia!!!!! I think he's finally found his lover girl. (Wink-Wink ;)) He needs to be with Gia!!!!!
Marty:Marty,by far,this was his bestest movie!!! His song "Circus Afro" was hilarious!!! And he did a great job in the cannons. In the last 2 movies he was funny,but this one,this one he was probably the funniest guy on madagascar now!!! (It used to be King Julian)...

I love all of your movies but Madagascar 3 was the best one yet! I loved at the end when the animal control people were in the box just like Alex, Marty, and Gloria in the second movie. I also loved when Alex gave the balloons to the kids with the jet pack. I wonder if he meant to go crash into the balloons? It was funny when the animal control people were singing the song. At the end of the song, men had mascara on their faces. That's really funny! It would be really cool if you guys made a fourth movie. That would be very hard though.
