Chapter Three: Introductions Part III

Fort Bennet High School Staff and Students:
Sid Hammerback- Principal
Kaile Maka- Algebra II Teacher
Evan Zao- Algebra I Teacher, Power lifting Coach
Reed Garrett- Twelfth Grade Varsity Football Running back and Baseball Player. He’s a smart, nice kid who often gets labeled as an arrogant jock but is actually the nicest guy at his school and always willing to help someone in need.
Ella McBride- Twelfth Grade Varsity Cheerleader, Volleyball, and Basketball Player. Comes off as being stuck up but it’s mainly to keep guys she doesn’t like away from her. Best friends are Reed Garrett and Samantha Vaughan.
Lily Foster- Tenth Grade gothic, theater, and arts kid. Often gets picked on for her clothing and make-up but secretly just wants to be accepted. Takes a liking to Allie Harris and looks up to her as a teacher and a friend.
Nathan Gillis- Eleventh Grade Varsity Football, Basketball, Track and Tennis player. Your typical jock thinks his crap doesn’t stink and that he’s above everyone else. Picks on nerds, geeks, goths, skaters, punks, emo kids, stoners, basically anyone who doesn’t fall into his social group. Very talented athlete though.
Tristan Stansberry- Ninth Grade computer nerd and straight A student. Shy, quiet, loner, keeps to himself.
Corey Evans- Eleventh Grade Varsity Football player and best friend to Nathan Gillis. Trust fund kid who has had everything handed to him on a silver platter.
Samantha Vaughan- Twelfth Grade Preppy Varsity Cheerleader who hangs out with Reed Garret and Ella McBride and dates Travis McKinney.
Courtney Smith- Eleventh Grade juvenile delinquent, skater, and stoner. Best friend is Lily Foster. She has been to juvenile detention centers twice and is currently on probation for drug possession. Just your average misguided teen from the wrong side of the tracks.
Lance Hall- Ninth grade aspiring musician and artist who plays acoustic and electric guitar, piano, keyboards, and drums. He’s also a singer/songwriter and theater student. He’s a performer in every sense of the word.
Laci Zuker- Ninth Grade Volleyball and Basketball player hangs with the “In-Crowd” and is basically just a preppy, popular trust fund kid.
Travis McKinney- Twelfth Grade Varsity Football Quarterback and Varsity Baseball Shortstop. Straight A Student and nice to everyone.
Maria Ramos- Eleventh Grade student who recently found out she was pregnant and doesn’t know what to do about her situation but keeps it to herself. She basically just attends class and hangs out with friends, typical teenager.
Chase Pemberton- Eleventh Grade Poet and excels at anything that has to do with Academics. Gets labeled as a geek but is very talented and bright and often hangs out Reed Garrett.
Zander Reilly- Tenth Grade math and science whiz kid who along with Lily Foster befriends Allie Harris and relies on her to help him with his drug addictions and self destructive behavior.
