how do I know if this guy likes me?

So there is this guy i like and he always seems like he is flirting with me but i wanna know what you think?

1.he likes to show off in front of me

2.he always says that if something bad happens i should call him RIGHT away

3. he wrestles and tickles me ALL the time

4.when he sees me cry he always knows the right thing too say/do

5.he gives me ALOT of compliments

6.when he wants to show me something he grabs my hand

7. i always see him staring at me for no reason

8. for some weird reason anytime im on the swing he wants to push me

9. I think he tries to get me jealous im not sure though cuz he'll check a girl out and she'll giggle and he'll look back at me and I'll just scream at him for about an hour and he'll keep smiling

10. anytime im angry at him (i usually give him the silent treatment) he'll get angry and try giving me back the silent treatment but it wont work out and he'll just grab my hand and apolgize
