I need help.... Bad...

I'm in what I call a issue right now,see, theres this younger guy. *only a year* and he liked me first. I started replying to his texts but didnt like him like that so when he would ask me out id say no but we kept textin. but slowly I started likin him more than words could describe. Like a alot. But we had never really talked in person so i said no until weve talked in person a bunch. so we keep texting but then get in a argument. He claims he doesnt like me anymore but id think its true, hes super sweet and has even said I might be the love of his life ut idk what to do.
