Dont let other define who you are....remember the old saying "pretty is as pretty does"...be confident in who you are and in what your actions are...If others cant see the beauty within..then that is their problem.
You know what I say? There's no such thing as 'ugly' in the sense that you mean it. Everyone is different and unique and that is hardly a bad thing. Just because you don't look exactly like someone else, doesn't mean you're ugly. To me, the only thing that makes someone 'ugly' is what they are like inside and I believe that you're beautiful inside. That's all that matters. Nxt time someone calls you ugly, just hold you're head high and remember that it's who you are inside that counts. Beauty isn't about how pretty you are. So I can safely say that you're beautiful and I don't even need to see a picture to know that much about you hun!

Look hun, people who call other people ugly, are the people who feel that way about themselves! So they find defaults in your physical image to boost themselves up! What truly counts, is the beauty u have inside!
It doesn't matter if there are ''so called'' prettier girls where u are. It can happen though is as they grow older, their appearance might change but that's a different story. My mom always says: the ones who call u ugly, are the ugly ones!
Don't let them get to you, don't feel bad about yourself. Then you'll just encourage them more. What u do (and this is a little lesson on how to defend yourself) when they say it behind your back, hold your head high be confident! If they say it in your face ask them ''does it make u sleep better at night insulting me?'' or let them insult u and pretend to be bored. That'll piss them!!!

People called me "ugly" too. Now I'm getting married while many of them are still single ;) Beauty is a matter of taste. There might be someone who thinks a spider is beautiful, another one thinks it's ugly. But the one who sees your true beauty, that's the one whose opinion you should value =)
Everyone has something beautiful about them. It might be your hair, your teeth, your eyes...but there is always something. The best thing to do is not to compare yourself to these gorgeous celebrities that overdose on natural-looking makeup. That's what I used to do, and I went through this whole depression session for like 3 weeks. And if people call you ugly, all you have to do is ignore them. Usually another good trick is repeating in your head "I'm beautiful. Everybody's beautiful. Atleast I'm myself."
don't be paying attentin to them they're just saying that because they got nothing better to do but tell people that. Just know that you're beautiful and amazing! so if they start doing or saying those things ignore and walk with your head up high knowing that you are loved and beautiful. Don't care what they say........... everybody is beautiful in their own way....... don't loose confidence........... ppl also used to call me ugly in the past but now ppl call me beautiful because now i am confident about who i am and how i look............ everybody has their own beauty..its the fault of the person who can't see someones beauty and uniqueness
umm im in the same position right now im 14 and im in high school and it hurts being called "ugly" and all you have to do is to just remember who you are and why you are here i mean you obviously cant ignore the fact of being called ugly because its a very strong word
