LOUIS TOMLINSON POTENTIALLY JUST GOT ENGAGED TO A FAN (KIND OF, SORT OF)

Oh those One Direction boys love a wedding, and not just because Niall gets to wear his fancy hat with all the frills on. They\'re just pretty soppy in general really (as we proved that time we gave them the ultimate romance quiz), and if someone needs some help with a proposal, they\'re always up for it.

But in a strange turn of events, Louis Tomlinson\'s secret romantic streak has ended up getting him into a slightly awks situation, because now he\'s potentially technically possibly sort of engaged to a fan. Kind of.

Liam and Louis have been doing a load of interviews recently, but in their latest chat with ITV News, Louis was confronted with the ultimate on-the-spot question of whether he\'d marry a fan.

Because they wanted to keep things subtle, the fan in question has only identified themselves as @FollowMeLouis22, with the username FOLLOW ME LOUIS, and the proposal of a tweet reading "Louis, will you marry me?!" Simple yet effective.

It\'s a well known fact that Louis Tomlinson is cuter than a Pomeranian puppy on a helter skelter, so rather than shutting her down and moving the interview on, Luigi handled the proposal like a true gent.

"It\'s a massive responsibility. I will follow her and we\'ll talk about the marriage on Twitter maybe, yeah," he replied.
