People want Louis' number so badly because they want to talk to him alot.And I'm not being rude here or anything but if you have his shoe you would need evidence and Louis doesn't give his shoes away.
I agree with Directioner3300.
So people want his phone number because they want to talk to him,but then it'll get annoying.So that's probably why Louis doesn't give out his number to the fans.
And like Directioner3300 said if you have his show you need to show evidence and prove it.
