In both There's Bo Place Like Home (S3E07) and Family Portrait (S5E13) we are shown these young Bo photos.
Did they use real pictures of kiddo Anna in these shots?

Yes those are real Anna shots - you can see more of them in Season 3 Episode 7(No Place Like Home) when Bo has to go and confront her mom, Mary Dennis. There is a Shrine to Beth (Bo)
