Not sure if you\'ve heard but something pretty exciting is happening this weekend. Oh who are we kidding, of course you bloody know that One Direction are FINALLY going to unleash fifth album

Seeing as there\'s only a few hours left to go, we rang up Liam Payne and grilled him with 17 extremely important questions, each one of which was highly serious and related to an individual track listed on the deluxe version of the album.

At least that\'s what it was about in theory. In reality it was essentially just an excuse to get Liam to do his best Leeroy impression, tell us which member of 1D he ​most fancies being handcuffed to for the rest of time AND answer the ultimate Directioner question: would he rather end up with Georgia Rose, Diana or the new girl on the scene, Olivia.

Pretty great, thanks. How are you feeling about the album finally actually coming out tomorrow? Are you ready to wee yourself with nerves or are you just excited?

Oh shit, wait, it\'s tomorrow! It\'s exciting, innit? I mean I never really know what day it is so I hadn\'t really clicked that it\'s tomorrow.

Jesus, you must be about the only person in the whole world who hadn\'t realised.

Bloody hell, it\'s a huge day. We better have a party.

We\'ll bring the sausage rolls if you like. NOW, we have a game for you. Essentially we have 17 questions and each one is very vaguely related to the name of a track on the snazzy new album. First question is for \'Hey Angel\', so if you could give all those angelic Directioners out there who\'ve pre-ordered the album a message right here, right now, what would it be?

My message would be thanks you and that this album is going to knock your socks off…if you\'re wearing socks. If not then other attire is available.

Onto \'Drag Me Down\' and we\'re going to get deep. If anyone out there is feeling a bit bummed out, what one track would you tell them to listen to that will cheer them up?

I would say \'Never Enough\' because it\'s just crazy. Literally, there\'s a bit in it that goes \'duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh\' and Niall and I just stand there in rehearsals for about an hour and just keep doing that bit. It\'s crazy.

In one sentence, how do you think your \'Best Song Ever\' alter-ego Leeroy would review Made In The A.M.?

Hmm, what would he say? I think he\'d be very excited about it, wouldn\'t he. I mean he\'d probably say it was bloody \'Perfect\', although not bloody though. [Puts on American accent] He\'d say, "Oh my god, this album is so cute and per-fect," that\'s what he\'d say. I just put him on for you there actually, he\'s sat in the car with me now.

[Laughs] Actually we haven\'t spoken in a while, he\'s very quiet these days.

Right, next up we are going to chain you to one other member of the band for the rest of \'Infinity\'. Who do you want it to be?

Oh God, it\'ll have to be Niall, NO, Tommo because we\'d have some fun and I know we could find a way out of it. Whereas Niall would get claustrophobic or something and start panicking about nothing. Like, this one time we got stuck in a lift and Niall was panicking so hard and we\'re like, "Bro, we\'re gonna get out," and he\'s like [puts on an Irish accent], "I need to get out, I need to get out!" Then we started jumping - just to piss him off really - but it was hilarious.

You lot are so mean! Poor old Niall. So you think Louis would be a better problem solver?

What is the very last thing you do at \'The End Of The Day\' before you go to sleep?

Take my socks off, it\'s one of the most wonderful feelings in life. When you get in bed and finally take your socks off, that feels epic.

We feel like that\'s probably the boy equivalent of taking your bra off when you get home.

Yeah it probably is, it really makes your toes feel all nice.

For \'If I Could Fly\' we have a pretty serious question for you. If you could have the ability to fly BUT you had to have giant wings with pictures of Niall\'s face on that you couldn\'t ever hide underneath your clothes, would you still do it?

Oh my god yes, straight up. I\'d just find really embarrassing pictures to put on there to make it funnier. I\'d get really embarrassing ones of Niall and then it wouldn\'t be about me, it\'d be people being all, "Oh my god, look at Niall," you know what I mean?

We feel like we\'re saying poor Niall a lot, but POOR NIALL. Where would you be using your lovely new wings to fly off to?

I think I\'d fly to the Galapagos Islands, because I saw it on David Attenborough once and it looked like some funky little islands.

What about Komodo Dragons, though. Wouldn\'t you be scared about them getting you?

Yeah, there\'s some scary shit right there, but you got to love a bit of David A. You just have.

We\'ve gone a bit tenuous for \'Long Way Down\' but you guys have had some pretty epic falls in your time. For all of us who are lacking in coordination, what\'s your best advice for styling it out when you go arse over tit?

Don\'t put bloody ramps on your stage in countries where it rains a lot, that\'s what I would say. When I fell over in Ireland I really hurt my face, I thought I was going to lose teeth. Genuinely was checking if the gnashers were still there and they were, which is great, but as for styling out, there\'s not much you can do for that kind of big fall.

You know what, the best one ever was when I fell over and I slid and knocked Louis over too. That was the most epic fall ever so I would say aim for someone if you\'re going to fall. Take someone down with you. You\'ve got to just pick a member and be like, "If I\'m going down, you\'re bloody well coming with me."

Nice. Next up we have \'Never Enough\' and what we want to know is what is the one awesome thing you\'ve done with One Direction that you can never get enough of thinking about?

I am most proud of all the huge shows. Like, I was never very good at football at school and they said I\'d never get anywhere but then I did get to play at Wembley Stadium in a way, just with 1D.

I\'ll tell you what else is nice, when we get the awards at the BRIT Awards, the ones for a huge touring achievement and things like that, that\'s great. But I\'m always the one that has to do the speech though, and I\'m always thinking, "Oh my god, I have to speak in front of all these posh people and superstars and Prince and stuff." That\'s a lot of pressure when people like Prince are there.

Where do you keep your stash of BRITs and Awards? Surely you must\'ve needed an extension to your bathroom by now to fit them all in?

They\'re in my office actually, which is quite posh, isn\'t it? I want to get a studio one day and put them all on the wall, so if anyone comes to interview or whatever, I can scare them with all the awards up there.

It\'s a hard one next. You can only pick Georgia Rose, Diana or \'Olivia\' – who\'s it going to be?

Ooh, I mean me and Diana kind of had a thing but I can\'t go there again and Georgia Rose, well I met her once but we didn\'t get that far, don\'t think she liked me very much and I think she likes Louis more, so it\'s going to have to be Olivia.

Actually that\'s my manager\'s wife\'s name! [Laughs] Please print that, he\'ll love that
