Top surgery funding?

Someone I know is having a difficult time funding their top surgery, due to other health issues, lack of decent insurance, and an unwilling family.

They insist that they can't wait much longer for it, and I can't help them on my own. If I linked a way to donate, would anyone consider it? If not, do you have any suggestions on how to fund this as quickly as possible?
