is anyone a bit annoyed by some Brucas fans?

That is my main problem with Brucas fans... the overwhelming hate, negativity, and narrow mindedness. I'll start off by saying that I have met... a few BL fans who don't fit that description. But for the most part, I still can't help but just view the entire fanbase in general in that way.

I've never seen any other fanbase take the time to make so many "anti" icons, art, and even fanvideos. It's like they just thrive on hate. Hating LP, hating LP fans, hating BJu, hating Mark, (as of recently) hating Sophia, and last but not least... hating PEYTON. And to some degree, I get it. They're frustrated that their couple didn't get the ending that they thought they deserved... and because of that, they hate, and place blame on a lot of people. Fine.

But what really bothers me the most is that you RARELY hear anything positive at all come from their mouths, that isn't about BL. Heaven forbid they put their pride aside for .01 seconds, and say something that they DON'T mind about LP, or even Peyton. It's as if they feel like admitting any positives whatsoever (about anything other than BL) will be further of a defeat for them, or something, so they refuse to do it.

You don't have to go around hating anything, and everything that isn't BL 24/7, in order to still be a BL fan. Some have come to grasp that concept... but most still haven't. While us LP fans do have our moments of hating the character that Brooke was at times... most of us still like her, in general. We don't have to completely shut her out, and think of her as some demon just because we don't like her with Lucas, or because we don't like some of her actions.

I dunno, I've honestly just never seen such bitterness in my life, as I see from the Brucas fanbase. And unfortunately, it seems like they've let it get the best of them... and it certainly reflects in their comments, and their actions. But to each their own. If they don't mind coming across that way, and if they want to live their lives being filled with so much hate... all because of a fictional TV couple, then that's their business I guess :/

It annoys me so much. They just can't let anything go! They look at Peyton as this horrible person. And that really annoys me because Peyton is such a wonderful human being. She's just made mistakes. Like EVERYONE [including BROOKE] has made.

Brooke annoys me in some episodes with how she handled everything, but I think Brooke is a great character and Sophia Bush is a great actress. BL fans can't respect Peyton and admit that she's a good character it seems.

I recently watched "The Other Half Of Me" and I cried the whole time. But that's besides the point. Anyways, when Brooke said her vowls to Julian I think it best describes the whole Brucas relationship:
"Julian, before I met you, my world revolved around one thing: me. And I liked it that way, on my own. But then I met you, and you saw through the facade. You saw me. You’ve taught me to trust, how to let someone in, and what it truly means to fall in love. Hmmm.... Right there. "What it truly means to fall in love." Her whole relationship with Lucas was based off of jealousy and deep down Brooke always knew that Lucas loved Peyton more than he could ever love her. Brooke moved on so should they.

Subconsciously, Brucas fans know their couple was never meant to be, so they have to hide that nagging truth behind unjustified hate for Peyton and Leyton. Brucas fans need to accept that Peyton and Lucas were always endgame and need to appreciate that Brooke finally found happiness with Julian.

I'm not annoyed by the fans in general, but it annoys me when they come to our spot and bash Leyton. -.-

i tell you why brucas hate leyton fans is because they knew it was always going to be peyton that lucas picked. and they cant except that. at the end of the day. they also cqant except that leyton were an epic couple who were meant to be together and the brucas fans dont like that. remember mark write the show and he knew it was always gonna be peyton and lucas. it was a love triangle at the end of the day and that what it was all about. you dont see us leyton fans dis u brucas fans do you. just move on lucas will never have brooke they are just close friends plus come on man she is married to julian with twins, so just forget it.
