Leyton vs. Brucas

Leyton vs. Brucas Question
3x22 Breyton fight thoughts
Every time I watch this scene I'm so confused by Brooke's arguments...
"The last time you try to STEAL my boyfriend". Steal boyfiend? Like boyfriend was a thing, without will, emotions & autonomy that you can just take away? This sentence totally makes boyfriend a thing.
"He's on the door Peyton, on the damn door under me!" The same thing... Like writing something down make them valid... You can't just tell someone belongs to you and take it for granted, not concering reality & other people feelings.
"But you like him!" Yeah, it's a crime. Like you could decide "From this moment on I don't feel love anymore". You can't feel guilty because of feeling. Truth is only acts can make you guilty.
I felt sorry for Brooke, but this speach was so much out of place... I know how sad & angry, but just listening to her speach makes me like "WTF... Are you hearing yourself...? Hope not, because it would scare you..."
